Give me a break. What someone is going to type at a prompt is dependent
upon what is going on, and how one wishes to terminate the session/program/
whatever.
Some programs sit back and *laugh* at an EOF... others (like login) do not.
I dislike dbx sometimes because I want to be able to type a single key-
stroke and have it go away. It doesn't do that -- it wants "quit".

Well, there are some out there that laugh at an interrupt. adb is one of
them due to its nature. (occasionally /etc/rc has been rather rude to me
when given an interrupt -- I missed the point of turning back...)

(heh) Yeah. Right.
I think this right/wrong discussion of when you should hit what key has
gone just a weeeeeee bit far into the twilight zone of paranoia.
