(I heard this one a while back, think it's true, but you never know...)

The software support people were called out to sort out a problem with
somebody's PC application. It wasn't coming up with the correct
prompts and suchlike. The guy who went round looked for a while,
turned the colour up and left...

BTW, setting dec keyboards into Scandanavian modes really confuses
people trying to log in (I know, took me the best part of an hour to
figure it out) -unless you're a Scandanavian, of course ;-)
