I've had a user complain about not having an 'ANY' key. I've got an even better story. When I was running a programming bureau, we got a call one day from a user of some of our custom software, who had a minor problem. In the course of talking him through the fix over the phone, I asked him to change the value in a certain field on the screen. I heard lots of typing; too much for the minor edit I had asked him to do. It turned out that despite our nice help screens, our personal training, and our carefully-written printed manual, he had never discovered (in over a year) what the Insert key was for. Yikes. --richard
