Mark your calendars: the Wii is arriving this November 19th for $250.

According to their Wii conference that began a short while ago, Nintendo will
bring their new console to North and South America this November. With a
library of more than 25 titles this year, the Wii hopes to sit in houses of
more than 4 million gamers worldwide by this year's end.

Also, Nintendo has stated that new titles will most likely cost $50, while
retro virtual console titles will run around $5-10. The vitual console is set
to have around 30 classic titles available for purchase at the Wii launch. As
an added bonus, Nintendo hopes to bundle the E3 hit, Wii Sports, with the
system: it includes tennis, golf, bowling and baseball gameplay.

New Wii features include a photo ability, where users can display and maneuver
through their favorite photos. To add to the console's functionality, news
feeds and weather information can be displayed through the main menu. The most
impacting new addition is found in the new ability to surf the web on the TV
screen.

Ironically, this announcement comes just after Sony has delayed its release of
the Playstation 3 to European countries. More Wii news will likely be
