 Nie wiadomo (chyba, że podpada pod workgroup, ale to już z autorem 
musisz ustalić). Cytat z licencji:

 INAL, ale 'any person' i takie zasady, to blisko GPL latają. Niemniej  
pytaj autora, co miał na myśli (jeden mail, a masz _dobrą_ podkładkę, 
jeśli się zgodzi (IMO się zgodzi, bo zapis w licencji jest niejasny i 
dwuznaczny i podejrzewam, że w workgroup mogło chodzić o zastosowania w 
firmach, ale to tylko podejrzenia).

 Natomiast (też z licencji w helpie):
'Attention! Some additional tools for Hamster, especially the OpenSSL 
DLL’ s, contain software technologies, which could be protected by 
patents. So please inform yourself over these before using the files 
libeay32.dll and libssl32.dll.'

 Klienci mogą używać dowolnego OS. O serwerze pisał Robert.

 Serwery poczty i/lub news? Cała masa. Ale pod systemy UNIX-like 
(doczytaj licencje, ale inn, leafnode, exim, postfix raczej są na GPL). 
Co pod Windows - nie wiem.
