What do you think about the idea of letting Russia to cooperate with NATO in
some manner?
I do not mean exactly Yugoslavia (but maybe this is a good idea to say:
Hello
Russians, our dear friends! Serbs like you more than us so we stop bombing
for
a week or two and you negotiate with them and make good peace terms. If you
are not succesful we continue?) but to let them to feel they are superpower
by
common manoeuvres: for example solving similiar crisis like Kuwait.
Letting Russia feel NATO trust them and respect them is very important for
the today's mentality of the Russians who believe comminists. (The West
wants to buy our country, they want to spread their power over the whole
Europe etc.)

Let's suppose that also Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Baltics and
maybe a few other countries join NATO in 10 - 15 years. And what idea do we
have for Russia?
If we want to let Russians to estabilish more European-like state we have to
give
them a hand.

What do you think about this?
