Hi!

Może na twoim stoi adresem IP jakieś proxy (czy twoj adres ip jest 
wspoldzielony?) i dlatego nie mozesz wejsc. Najlepiej IMO skontaktowac 
sie z administracja serwera i sprobowac jakos wyjasnic sprawe.
