z pierwszej ręki - dostałem odpowiedź od RIPE że mam sobie założyć LIR
albo zgłosić się po IP do swojego LIRa.

z tego samego wniosku dostałem "od ręki" /22 - w v4 (w lutym).

AS jest dostawcą treści, więc IP jak najbardziej dla potrzeb własnych.

argumentacja była taka, że PI to infrastruktura, a jak na tych IP są
jakieś usługi, to już jest "End User" i nie może być PI - tutaj
