A teraz pomysl, dlaczego tak duzi operatorzy jak Netia czy Dialog nie 
startuja w konkursach na wybor operatora zapewniajacego usluge powszechna? I 
ze nawet sama TP jest wyznaczana z urzedu przez UKE do swiadczenia takiej 
uslugi? Jesli byloby tak wszystko ladnie, pieknie jak myslisz to wszyscy by 
sie o to zabijali. A jakos jest wrecz odwrotnie.
