Witam serdecznie!

Uprzejmie zwracam się z prośbą o pomoc w przetłumaczeniu zdania z kwestionariusza dla firm, dotyczącego emisji gazów cieplarnianych.

Zdanie: 
"In addition to investor signatories to the letter requesting your response which accompanies this request, you may also be asked to share your response with the members of CDP's supply chain program if they are your customers."

Druga część zdania jest dla mnie w całości zrozumiała, jednak już od wielu godzin głowię się nad pierwszą, a deadline nie zna litości.

Szerszy kontekst z akapitu:
"Please respond to the information request using our Online Response System (ORS). In early February 2016, instructions on how to access the ORS will be sent to you by e-mail. If you are unable to respond via the ORS, please e-mail ************. In addition to investor signatories to the letter requesting your response which accompanies this request, you may also be asked to share your response with the members of CDP's supply chain program if they are your customers. In this case, you will be notified by email in early April 2016 and asked for your approval of this."
