W pliku .xsl przed wszystkimi tagami "template" musisz wpisac (dla
twojego przykladu):

<xsl:param name="par"/>

a dalej mozesz odwolywac sie do parametru przez:

<xsl:value-of select="$par"/>

To jedyny znany mi w tej chwili sposob.
