apache2 pyta o login/hasło a nie powinien

Nie mogę sobie poradzić z problemem z Apachem. Miałem w ~/public_html/.htaccess: AuthUserFile "/home/robert/application/resources/.htpass" AuthName "Strony zabezpieczone" AuthType Basic require valid-user i usunąłem ten zapis. Plik .htaccess ma aktualnie atrybuty: -rw-rw-r-- 1 robert www-data 496 wrz 27 14:07 .htaccess natomiast public_html: drwxr-xr-x 7 robert www-data 4096 wrz 27 15:10 ./ Przebootowałem Linuxa i wołam: lynx http://localhost/~robert i lynx NADAL pyta o hasło, inne przeglądarki też. Nie mam innego pliku .htaccess. Używam Linux Mint i Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server built: 2018-06-07T19:43:03.

Potrzebuję robić wget ale dostaję Authorization required
