Okno zespolone - jak usunąć wodę ze środka ?

Mam takie okno : http://www.universis.cba.pl/okno.jpg jak się dobrze przyjrzeć to widać w nim krople wody. Więc mam pytanie : Jak takie okno rozmontować i czy we własnym zakresie jestem w stanie usunąć wodę ze środka - czy też trzeba jakichś szklarskich sztuczek i zaklęć żeby to okno rozmontować ?
