Zmien sobie kilka linii w c-client/osdep.h w taki sposob:

#ifndef PINe
#include <string.h>
#include <unistd.h>
#endif

a do linii komend gcc w pine/makefile.sol dopisz -DPINE. Cala linia moze
wygladac tak:
CFLAGS=-DSV4 $(OPTIMIZE) $(PROFILE) $(DEBUG) -ansi -DANSI
-DSYSTYPE=\"SOL\" -DPINE

U mnie poszlo.
