Informacja uzyskana z European Support Center:

Jesli Admin zostal skasowany lub Admin zapomnial hasla i nie ma
zadnego innego "sequrity equivalent"
to istnieje mozliwosc uzycia Access NLM. 
Procedura jest nastepujaca: 
- do klienta wysyla sie faxem tresc porozumienia, ktore musi podpisac
- po odrzymaniu kopii faxem ( a pozniej oryginalu listem) wysyla sie
do niego Access NLM
- klient laduje, po zaladowaniu wprowadza haslo 
- NLM podaje mu Key1 
- klient podaje przez telefon Key1 do Novell'a ESC i od nas dostaje
przez telefon Key2
- po wprowadzeniu Key2 ma mozliwosc albo utworzenia nowego Admin albo
zresetowania hasla. 
- na koniec klient odsyla ostatnia strone porozumienia podpisana i
potwierdzona notarialnie, ze NLM 
  i wszystkie jego kopie zostaly zniszczone.
