out of paper - problem z print serwerem pod NW5.1

Witam Mam problem z print serwerem HP jetdirect 170x pracujacym pod kontrola NW5.1 do ktorego podpieta jest drukarka OKI 3410. Wszystko wydaje sie byc poprawnie skonfigurowane, jednak przegladajac "Print Layout (Non NDPS)" w konfiguracji print serwera pod NWadmin status drukarki mam informacje "out of paper" (chociaz papier jest zaladowany i drukarka jest online). W momencie kiedy puszczam jakis wydruk, trafia on do kolejki ale wyswietla sie popup "Printer is out of paper..." Dodam ze nie restartowalem serwera po skonfigurowaniu print serwera Prosze o pomoc, serwis HP wypial sie na mnie i twierdzi ze nie wspieraja Netware (chociaz w opisie print serwera jest pelne wsparcie dla NW i IPX/SPX) __________ Informacja programu ESET NOD32 Antivirus, wersja bazy sygnatur wirusow 4408 (20090908) __________ Wiadomosc zostala sprawdzona przez program ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.pl lub http://www.eset.com
