Help...

We recently migrated from Network 3.12 to Netware 4.1.  While I am not the
system administrator, I had some console rights with the Netware 3.12
servers.  I have developed and continue to maintain several applications on
these servers.  Whenever I am updating a program on the network, the file
being updated must be not in use.  When it is, I have used a utility
program WHOHAS.EXE to tell me who was using the file....  after which , I
either call the user and ask them to get out, or use a parameter in WHOHAS
(/w) which allows one have a batch file wait until the file is free before
continuing.

Unfortunately, Whohas doesn't seem to work on the 4.1 server.  Is there any
way to identify who has a file open on a 4.1 server (short of running the
system administrator's monitor)....
