Well you could say that about Windows for Workgroups, but no many
people use it as such. Maybe IF Win95 was pre-emptive multitasking this
would be workable.  (ie all the beta's on Win95 I've seen you can't have a
'dir /s' scrolling in a dos box while doing something else)
