Nie jest to moze najlepsze miejsce ale nie ma  gdzie sie zapytac za bardzo.
Czy ktos wie o prowadzonych w .pl na jakiejs uczelni cywilnych badaniach
kryptologicznych ?

pytam, bo nie wiem, jak daleko siega Twoje pytanie:
np: czy praca nad P=?=NP jest w temacie czy nie ?  :)))
