Kilka razy już miałem sytuację, że po wycieknięciu hasła zaczęły lecieć spamy z uwierzytelnieniem (w tym ze dwa razy przez interfejs webowy do maila a pozostałe przez SMTP). Można to wykrywać (jeszcze...), bo spamerzy lubią podkładać własne From, albo po liczbie tych maili, albo po liczbie IP łączących się jako ten sam user w krótkim czasie - ale to jest rzeźbienie w g. MJ
