Pisze fragment kodu wykorzystujacy double buffering 
Gdy wprowadze zmiane aktualnie wyswietlanej strony porzez
SetDispStart(nowalinia,0)
Czestosc wyswitlania ramek spada z 34FPS to ok. 23FPS !
Dlaczego ? Nie mozna zmieniac akulnie wyswietlanego fragmenu obszaru w 
jakichs szybszy sposob?
