Czesc,

 W Win NT 4.0 
Polskie znaki:
1. Zaloguj sie jako administrator
2. Otworz "regional settings" w "control panel".
3. Wybierz "Polish"
4. Zaznacz okienko "Set as system default locale"
5. Wloz CD-ROM z NT
....brum...brum.brum - to CD-ROM  ;)
6. OK na restart lub recznie shutdown & restart.
