Mam taki problem

Po uruchomieniu kompa ( windows 95 ), mój komputer wykonuje poprawnie
polecenie
tracert 212.77.100.101
ale gdy wpiszę :
tracert www.wp.pl
to niema zamiaru ruszyć z miejsca. Po 5 - 10 minutach to polecenie działa,
ale nie koniecznie.
Z tym też chyba związany jest problem z InternetExplorerem5.0.
Gdy uruchamiam go odrazu po starcie kompa to się wiesza.
Działa tak samo jak tracert.
Gdzie szukać przyczyny?

Z góry dzięki za pomoc.
