problem z biosem

Niedawno sprobowalem uaktualnic bios w swoim kompie (plyta Soltek SL 61- C
na Intelu 440). Sciagnalem potrzebne uaktualnienie, programik awdflash i
zabralem sie do roboty. Niestety - jak szybko sie zabralem tak szybko tez
skonczylem... A to dlatego ze wywalilo mi nastepujacy komunikat:
System was not new Award Bios version.
Please update ROM BIOS first.
Moze mi ktos wtajemniczony wyjasnic o co chodzi ? Co to takiego ten ROM Bios
i w jaki sposob go updatowac skoro tego wymaga....
