Niezupelnie tak. 
Win 3.11 PL jest tylko w wersji for Workgroups.
Ale byla tez wersja WfW 3.1 PL

Byly rowniez WfW 3.1 US i WfW 3.11 US, w niektorych wersjach
jezykowych Win 3.2...
