Jak utworzyc siec dla Windows 3.1

Czesc.
Mam pewien problem.
Chce polaczyc 2 komputery w siec.
Na jednym mam Windows 3.1 i tego systemu nie moge zmienic. Nie chce za
bardzo namieszac na tym komputerze. Ten komp to 486DX/40MHz, HDD 250MB, 8 MB
RAM.
Drugi komputer to Pentium Celeron, 20GB HDD, 64MB RAM. Moge na nim
zainstalowac dowolny system, np: WinNT, Linux itd... Czy jakis system
sieciowy moze polaczyc 2 komputery o roznych systemach w siec ? Jakie jest
najlepsze rozwiazanie ? Czy mozna to zrobic Novelem czy NetWare'm ?
