Tak, inni użytkownicy też mają ten problem i leży on po stronie Microsoftu. 
Jest to dosyć nieciekawa sytuacja:
Errors are the result of the client having exhausted the maximum number of
synch relationships it can establish with the server. There is a maximum of
50 synch relationships in a 30-day period a client can create with the
server. In most cases, this is more than enough relationships. However,
there is a bug with Outlook Connector where OLC doesn't write a
synchronization key to the local store, so when it tries to synchronize
again, it tries to create another synch key/relationships. When it hits 50,
you will be locked out for 30 days. For now, there is no workaround other
than to wait 30 days for the synch relationships to be deleted. In the short
term, OLC will try to clean up its code to avoid this situation.

Czyli, że za miesiąc zacznie działać...
