Office 2k10 jest dosyć upierdliwy w takich sytuacjach, próbowałeś
punktu przywracania systemu?

W mojej bazie helpdeskowej jest taki wpis (skopiowałem to z jakiegoś
bloga, nie pamiętam źródła);

---------------------------
Step 1: Clean Boot
---------------------------
1. Open your Start Menu, and in the search field, type msconfig...press
return.
2. In the General tab, Click the 3rd option, "Selective Startup"
3. Uncheck "Load Startup Items"...Click apply.
4. Navigate to the "Services" tab.
5. Check Hide All Microsoft Services...and then click "Disable All".
6. Click "Apply"...Then "Ok"

-------------------------------------------
RESTART YOUR COMPUTER
-------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 2: Get Rid of Any Previous Office Installations
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Click this link to download Microsoft FixIt application.
2. Run the downloaded exe file, and follow the prompts.
3. After this completes (takes about 3mins)...Navigate to "C:/Program
Files/Microsoft Office" and "C:/Program Files (x86)/Mircosoft Office"
and Delete these folders.
4. Navigate to "C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared", and
Delete Office14 folder
5. Empty Recycle Bin.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 3: Clearing your Temp Files and Caches, and Repairing Your Registry
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Download a free copy of CCleaner
(http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/1f5289130a59817c2280aa108b3f6f72/)
2. Install and then Run.
3. At the bottom right corner click "Run Cleaner"
4. When finished, Click on the Registry tab.
5. "Scan for Issues"...and then Fix any Errors.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
RESTART YOUR COMPUTER (Stay in Clean Boot mode)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 3: Fresh Install (Okay…here's the trick…once I discovered it…I
about cried with joy...If at any point it starts hanging for more than
say 5 mins...open "Task Manager" and kill the processes, and try again
adding less features.) Good Luck!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Navigate to Computer.
2. Right-Click on the Office Install DVD (DVD RW Drive (E:)), and click
"Open"
3. Launch Setup.exe in Administrator Mode by right clicking on
Setup.exe…and selecting "Run as Administrator".
NOTE: Depending on your Windows version (32-bit vs 64-bit) launch the
appropriate Setup.exe file. (The setup file for 64-bit is located in the
folder x64)
4. Enter your Serial-Code, click next, and select Customize.
5. Left click on the drop down menus, and select "Not Available" for
EVERYTHING except Microsoft Word.
6. Click Continue. (Should work and Install fine…if not….ugh...I don't know)
7. Relauch the Setup.exe file in Admin Mode again.
8. Select "Add or Remove Features".
9. Leave Microsoft Word checked, and now set Powerpoint to "Run from my
computer"…Continue...Install.
10. Relauch the Setup.exe file in Admin Mode again.
11. Select "Add or Remove Features".
12. Leave the prior two alone, and add Microsoft Excel. Install.
NOTE: You can stop here if you want. Most people dont need the
rest...but if you do...just folow along.
13. Okay, here's where it begins getting tricky. Here is a step by step
process of which modules I loaded next (same process as before):
a. Click the + next to "Office Shared Features"...Add "Clip Organizer,
Converters and Filters, and Fonts." Install...Close...Relaunch in Admin

b. Add "Microsoft Office Download Control, Microsoft Office Themes,
Proofing Tools." Install...Close...Relaunch in Admin

c. Close the + Microsoft Shared, and Expand +Office Tools...Add "Actions
Plugins, Equation Editor, and Microsoft Graph."
Install...Close...Relaunch in Admin

d. Add Microsoft Office Picture Manager, Microsoft Sharepoint Foundation
Support, and Optical Character Recognition." Install

e. Reopen +Office Shared Features...Add "Visual Basic for Applications."
Install.

f. Add +Microsoft OneNote...Install

I stopped here...I'd Suggest just adding the rest 1 by 1.

And thats It...Launch Word, Activate it Online...Close Word...Relaunch
Word, and It should be working perfectly. I really hope this benifits
everyone having this problem...you have my best wishes,

Cheers,

Tyler

Also run a chkdsk…
