Dopisz strumienie, które chcesz mieć w pliku wynikowym, np.
ffmpeg -i input.ts -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -c copy output.mp4

chociaż taki syf dobrze jest zrekodować, ale powstaje pytanie czy do h.265
(hevc) czy do h.264?

Zmieniałeś kanały podczas nagrywania?
