Witam!
Jak w temacie. Wykorzystanie rdzeni nie przekracza 50%, a Windows cały 
czas trzyma procesor na 2.4GHz, pomimo ustawienia planu na oszczędny - 
przynajmniej tak twierdzi Everest.
