Znalazlem shapera dla debiana:
/debian/dists/unstable/main/binary-i386/net/shaper_0.15-1.deb
ale on tylko ogranicza predkosc dla calego interfejsu:
SYNOPSIS
shaper attach shaper-device other-device
shaper device speed
O innych shaper'ach nic mi nie wiadomo.
BTW: Jakiego firewall'a najlepiej zastosowac, prosty i skuteczy
(jest w sieci kilku zawodowcow i pewnie beda chcieli sie
