Hi friends, from Czech Rep. May be I can find help here? I have fresh installed Debian 9 testing with KDE. Unicode national characters are ok (č,š,ž,..), in - terminal, - Qt/KDE aplications, - gnome applications if we have a key on the keyboard for such character However for few rare characters we have no special key and we press a sign (ˇ´) first and then the letter. In gnome applications (Chrome, Leafpad) such characters are corrupted - splitted into 2 characters: ˇC ˇt ˇn I made "dpkg-reconfigure locales", with no help. Maybe some additional package need to be installed? Which packages could control this for gnome apps? I am asking here, because no idea how to "google" this issue. Thanks and many greetings...
