Bracie, nie chcę cię dołować, ale wygląda na to, że masz problem z odróżnieniem venet o veth,
znaczy, że albo dokumentacji do openvz wcale nie czytasz, albo jej nie rozumiesz.

Może nie ma sensu, żebyś wnikał w sprawy networkingu linuxa ( no chyba że masz tygodnie czasu na to),
tylko lepiej kup sobie wsparcie:

lub
http://www.parallels.com/products/pvc/

albo nawet bez kupowania wsparcia, zainstaluj sobie takiego proxmoxa i wyklikasz sobie setup.
