Hey!

Mam takie szybciutkie pytanie, gdyż kuchnia nie mogłem tego znaleźć
w manach i na sieci...

WINS na MS "resolvuje" statyczne nazwy netbiosowe nawet jak nie ma
połączenia z danych kompem... Wtedy przy ewentualnym pingu rzuca
info, ze host jest nie osiagalny...

Natomiast WINS na FreeBSD rozwiązuje mi statyczne nazwy netbiosowe na
IP-ki pod warunkiem, że dany host jest włączony do sieci....

Czy to standardowe zachowanie?

FreeBSD 5.4-STABLE
samba Version 3.0.14a
na serwie dodatkowo odpalone jaile i kilka aliasow na sieciowce...

Oczywiście samba uruchomiona jak narazie nie w jailu i na głownych
IP-ku, a nie na aliasie.
