Nigdzie nie moge znalezc odpowiedzi dlaczego na dana klase stosuje sie
zawsze dwa filtry (jest tak rowniez w examples do altq) np.
class cbq rl0 dc def_class pbandwidth 10 red
   filter rl0 dc 0 80 0 0 6
   filter rl0 dc 0 0 0 80 6
   
jezeli altq ogranicza wychodzace dane na interfejsie to po co podawac
rowniez [source-port]=80, skoro wiadomo ze pakiety  wychodzace
trafiaja do [dst-port]=80 , a nie do [source-port]
