OK, moze sie zle wyrazilem, moze moje pytanie powinno byc skierowane na
grupe pl.com.os.bsd.sieci-osiedlowe gdyby taka byla, bo jest to czesto
walkowane
wlasnie w siecioach osiedlowych.

Ale np w linuxie mozna przydzielic pasmo, uzywajac protokolu np htb i wtedy
mozna przydzielic
pasmo gwarantowane (oczywiscie jesli suma gwarantowaych= przepustowosc
lacza)
i tzw CEIL czyli maxymalne jakie moze przez dane widelki przechodzic

i moje pytanie dotyczylo, jak cos podobnego na freebsd zrobic.
