Nie. Windowsowa wersja Firefoxa nie ciągnie ze sobą gliba, ani GTK. Wiesz, że na Windows owe multum to korzysta zazwyczaj z MSVC or similar, a te są w systemie, albo dostarczane w redist (zależnie od wersji) i nie konfliktują ze sobą? :) To na linuksie jest to rozdziabane na pojedyncze pakiety-biblioteczki.
