problem można zaobserwować tutaj:
http://www.bethelp.de/standings,germanybundesliga.html

chodzi mi o to iż w pobieranym pliku xml mam nazwy drużyn w j.niemieckim
jednak nie wiem dlaczego nie wypisują mi się litery z przed znaku umlaut.

Nie wiecie dlaczego ??
