Nie. Czym innym jest wyrażenie delete (nie jest wywołaniem funkcji),
a czym innym jest operator delete (jest funkcją). Przy czym większość
kodu w C++ zawiera tylko to pierwsze i większość programistów C++ styka
się wyłącznie z tym pierwszym. Stwierdzenie, że delete jest funkcją,
jest wyjątkowo mylące, bo sugeruje, że wyrażenie delete jest funkcją
(albo wywołaniem funkcji), co jest nieprawdą.
