Chciałbym zasięgnąć informacji w takiej kwestii: kiedy firmie jest potrzebne
zezowlenie Ministerstwa łącznośći na działalnośc providerską:
Czy jest ono potrzebne kiedy:
- firma oferuje email w siedzibie ?
- firma oferuje email z dostępem przez telefon ?
- firma oferuje dostęp do sieci w siedzibie (a-la cybercafe na przykład) ?
- firma oferuje witryny WWW na swoim serwerze ?

Że dalej zezwolenie jest potrzebne to wiem. 

Jakie są warunki które firma musi spełniać, żeby zezwolenie otrzymać ?
