Wlasny serwer FTP - dlaczego wolny? ;(

Witam! Che udostepnic jedenj osobie plik 350 mb. Mam dsl, staly IP. Mam lacze ktore odbiera 1 mb/s, a wysyla 256 kb/s. Znajomy, ma 256 kb/s pobieranie. Slabo sie na tym znam, ale zalozylem serwer FTP i udostepniam folder z plikami (z czterema). Transfer skacze... ale nigdy nie przekracza... 5 kb/s powiedzmy srednia to 3 kb/s.... To troche za wolno.... Czego to moze byc przyczyna...? Wszystkie programy po za gg sa wylaczone... Program do FTP to BulletProof, osoba pobiera za pomoca GetRight... Co moze byc przyczyna??? Prosze o jakies porady... P.S. Przepraszam, jesli grupa nie jest od tego, ale nie znalazlem odpowiedniejszej... Pozdrawiam Nothingman
