Adobe Encore 2 - problem

Witam ! W adobe Premiere 2 zrobiłem export filmów do Encora (pliki m2v). W Encore wszystko podłączyłem i w czasie włączenia preview wyskakuje mi błąd "Error loading transcode preset". Dodam, że wszystkie dołączane pliki mają status transcode ustawiony na dont transcode. Jak naprawić ten problem ? Z góry dziękuję za informację.
