OK, to na 99% pasek skrótów ObjectDock. Chyba wchodzi w paradę nakładce
video (chociaż wyłączanie opcji "użyj nakładki video" w WMP nie
pomagało...); pasek zajmuje chyba warstwę na całym ekranie.
W każdym razie po wyłączeniu go wszystko działa.
