Znaleźć go można pod
http://www.ritlabs.com/the_bat/
(tak, tak, to ta firma od DOS Navigatora)

- Intuitive graphical user interface based on Win32 API; there are two
ways of message reading - using message autoview and using separate
message windows (it's possible to move to the next/previous message
within one message window, but the number of message windows opened
simultaneously is unlimited).
  - Multi-account:
each mail account has its own settings for SMTP/POP3 servers,
message/reply/forward templates, cookie lines, message and sound
management options. Message management options include periodical
mailbox checking, keeping/deletion copies of received message from
server with possibility to set the number of last received message
  - Comprehensive Mail Dispatcher allows to manage the messages left on
the server: reading/replying/forwarding without downloading message
     into the message base.
  - Message filtering:
it is possible to filter incoming, outgoing, read and replied
messages and put them in specific folders
  - Mail Folders:
each mail folder may have as many subfolders as desired, templates,
     sound options
  - Address book:
it is possible to mark some Address book entries to appear in
TO:, CC: and BCC: filelds' pop-up menus (when Enter key pressed on
an empty field, whenever Alt-Enter pressed or right mouse button clicked
     in a field); aliases
  - MIME (external-body Content type, rich text will be implemented
soon)
  - UU code
  - It is possible to edit unsent an outgoing message after it's saved
into
    Outbox.
  - Comfortable and fast message editor with proper quotation support,
    text formatting commands and more
  - URL/e-mail highlight with several actions available
  - Multi-lingual - it's possible to change the interface language 'on
fly',
English, Russian, Romanian and Polish languages are supported now.
  - Translation tables for national codepages are supported (Russian
KOI-8 is an example) - there is no need to find fonts with a specific
    codepage.

To może być to!

Sympatyczny, rzeczywiscie. Niestety zupelnie nic nie wie o jezyku
  polskim (poza menu oczywiscie).

List napisany z polskimi znakami zostanie wyslany z ustawionym charsetem
Windows-1251 (nie 1250!). Zupelnie nic nie wie o ISO (nooo, ale nikt kto
ma Windows tym sie nie przejmuje :-), ale zupelnie tez nie zwraca uwagi
na charset listu odbieranego! A powinien proponowac konwersje (a nawet
  robic ja automatycznie!)

  Teraz powstaje bardzo ciekawy problem:
+ powstaje program (maly, sympatyczny, spolszczony!)
+ ma bledy (nikt nie jest doskonaly)
+ trzeba producentowi podpowiedziec jakie cechy powinien miec program
pracujacy w polskim srodowisku, wskazac (i pomoc usunac) rozne
    bledy...

  Kto sie tego podejmie?

  Pozdrowienia
  Wojtek
