postfix-script to coś co pomaga w zarządzaniu postfixem, ja tego nie 
używam, może masz to w cronie z jakiegoś powodu
Jak tak oglądam to może być odpalane podczas upgrejdu paczek?

To zauważyłem w Busterze. W Debianie 9 nie było tego warningu.
