Nie wiem, czy o to Ci chodziło, ale mam sendmaila skonfigurowanego do 
używania rbl-a witryny spamhaus.org
W sendmail.mc linia;

FEATURE(`dnsbl', `zen.spamhaus.org', `"550 Mail from " &{client_addr} " 
refused - see http://www.spamhaus.org/zen"')dnl

Jeżeli idzie o łapanie po HELO, to regex-milter nieźle sobie radzi, ale 
trzeba mu wpisać odpowiedniego regexa
