How do I open the default browser?

Ok, so I'm trying to figure out how to tell VBA to recognize what
executable should be associated to files with a certain extenstion (ie.
file.html) and then run that program.  Is there a way to do this? How do I
do it?  I want to open the person's default browser so they can view the
given file in it.  Thanks for helping!!!
