VB.NET Excel - odczyt z zamknietego pliku

W excelu odczytuje komorke "B2" w zamknietym pliku
GetValue=Application.ExecuteExcel4Macro("'C:\Katalog[Plik.xls]Arkusz1'!R2C2")
i to mi dziala.
Teraz chcialbym to samo z poziomu vb.net:
Dim oXL As New Excel.Application
GetValue=oXL.ExecuteExcel4Macro("'C:\Katalog[Plik.xls]Arkusz1'!R2C2")
a to zwraca mi "-2146826259" (co oznacza chyba #NAME?)
