Potrzebuję mechanizmu, który uruchamiałby się automatycznie o wskazanych 
godzinach, kasowałby wszystkie dane w jednej tabeli access i importował plik 
txt do tej tabeli. mechanizm ten mógłby być uruchamiany za pomoca schedulera, 
ale niestety nie potrafię napisac vbs, który kasowałby dane i importował plik 
txt.
