Otwieranie Autocada z Excela

Witam!

Po ruchomieniu takiego programu w Excelu:

Sub test()

     Dim ACADApp As AutoCAD.AcadApplication
     Set ACADApp = New AutoCAD.AcadApplication

     ACADApp.Visible = True

End Sub


otrzymuję komunikat:

Run-time error '429':
ActiveX component can't create object


Dodam że w menu Tools->References zaznaczyłem bibliotekę "AutoCad 2000 
Type Library"

Jeżeli uruchomie ten sam kod tylko zamiast AutoCada podstawie Worda, 
Excela albo Accessa nie ma problemu. Czy ktoś może mi pomóc bo help nie 
   pomaga w rozwiązaniu problemu a i google też przeszukałem.
